Born and raised on a farm in Jefferson County, Todd has always enjoyed being outdoors and learned to appreciate nature at a young age. He attended school in Natchez at Adams County Christian School and went on to college at Copiah-Lincoln in Wesson. He then went on to the University of Southern Mississippi where he majored in Hospitality Management. Todd worked for Outback Steakhouse for an amazing 13 years where he served as a restaurant manager and was promoted to the Regional Service and Beverage Director for the final 6 years of his career with them and later went on to open his own restaurant. After 4 years of owning and operating his own restaurant, he felt that it was time to get back to his roots and launch a career in real estate and specialize in hunting properties! Todd feels this was the best decision he has ever made! He is blessed to be able to work and enjoy God’s beauty each day! Over the years, Todd has helped many clients find that one special property that suits their needs and budget. He truly loves working with people and hopes that you’ll consider him when the time comes to buy or sell your next property!

Ryan was born in Lafayette, LA but moved to Adams County at an early age, where he was raised. In Natchez, Ryan attended Trinity Episcopal Day School and discovered his love for the outdoors. Exploring creeks and property behind his childhood home, Ryan developed a love for wildlife and nature. Ryan’s fondness for the outdoors led him to pursue a degree in Agricultural Pest Management at Mississippi State University. While at MSU, Ryan spent several semesters in a co-op program that took him around the world studying land as far away as Australia and as close to home as Hattiesburg. After graduation, Ryan moved to Kansas to apply his agricultural knowledge at Ryan Lawn & Tree Company. Eventually, Ryan returned home to advance his family business, Miss Lou Pipe and Equipment, and raise his two sons in the woods and on the lakes of Adams County, where they spend time hunting, fishing, and exploring the outdoors together. A true student and sportsman at heart, Ryan’s love of the land and all of its components made him pursue a desire in real estate, where he feels he can utilize his best qualities. Ryan is licensed in Mississippi and hopes to make the process of land ownership as easy yet fulfilling as his personal experiences have been so far.
