This tract is located in the hills of SW Jefferson County just north of Anna’s Bottom and has frontage on Fairchilds Creek to the west, Blueskin Creek to the North, and borders other large timberland owners to the south and east. The timber consists of approx 470/480 acres of MATURE hardwood and the remaining 40+/- acres consist of several different cut-over areas that were created in 2018 for bedding areas and to enhance the deer/wildlife habitat.
